6 Nov 2006 - Healthy Schools Certification

During DT Week, Wickhambreaux School had another exciting event - the presentation of the Heatlhy Schools Certificate. This certification is extremely hard to achieve, and Wickhambreaux have worked very hard to achieve this. Wickhambreaux is also one of the only schools in Kent, so far, to achieve the certification. Well done everybody at Wickhambreaux.

Sue MacKay, who attended the school to present the certificate, praised all the children for their attitude at school. She said that having arrived during playtime, she had been able to appreciate the kind and caring way in which the children all cared for one another, and was also pleased to see so many children eating healthy snacks.
