Recorders

 

Now that Mrs Gove is working at the school as a Specialist Music Teacher for two and a half days per week, she is able to give expert tuition to many more children.  

 

Mrs Gove has said that she would like every child in the school to have the opportunity of learning a musical instrument.   To this end, the school have invested in enough recorders to enable every child, who does not have their own instrument, to be given the opportunity to learn to play the recorder.

 

Recorder tuition takes place during the school day, with the children learning this instrument in groups of five or six children, in order that they are given the personalised tuition that is required.
