School Governors

The governors are responsible for the overall management of all that takes place in school. They work closely with the headteacher and staff to develop plans and policies to ensure that the school complies with legal requirements and is continually striving to improve in all areas.

There are committees to deal with financial matters, buildings, health and safety, curriculum, performance management, public relations and staffing issues.

The full governing body meets twice a term, sub-committees meet more frequently and report to the governing body.
